The original floor slab was undulating with wall cracks developing in this 1960's post and beam residence in the Berkeley hills. Extensive structural work was done along with new windows, sandblasting of the wood ceiling, new wood flooring, built in shelving, new fireplace surrounds, and a new entry addition. Low walls and fin walls were used to define areas within the large meandering space.
